Recently here at TrapMan we were asked by a customer what our quality control measures were. This made us laugh. Although we do take quality very seriously we don’t have someone with a fancy title (all the gear no idea) checking every inch of our products, we check them ourselves. One member of the family makes the item passes it to another member of the family to finish it, who then passes it to another member of the family to parcel up and dispatch. We find this is quality control at its best, the harshest critique is always yourself. We can’t walk away when things aren’t working out.
As a family we can argue, fall out and play the blame game when something doesn’t go our way but ultimately we are just trying to make the best products we can. Something not quite right? We can pinpoint the person you need to speak to and the person who will sort it for you.
That’s the beauty of a family business. Who needs fancy titles and departments? We just need a hard working family with a passion for manufacturing quality.
