Are you serving an all you can eat buffet?
We are here to give you some helpful hints on trapping. No matter what animal you are trapping whether it be a pest or pet you need to think logically. Don’t lay out an all you can eat buffet and certainly don’t feed the animal before you lay the trap. A hungry animal will seek out food and this is what you need to do for a swift trapping experience. It may seem like common sense but we speak to a lot of people who sound like they are setting a three course Sunday dinner table. Remember a little goes a long way. You want to bait the trap to encourage the animal to go in not feed the animal, always place bait under the trap directly under the tread plate. For some animals like squirrels, foxes and cats the smellier the bait the better.
