Our dispatch team are keen for you to know they count and bag our clips by hand.
This week has been a good week to check our stock levels. Although busy, we do monitor and plan ahead on a monthly basis. Here at TrapMan we manufacture most of our traps here in our UK warehouse so we have to plan in advance when we are making batches. With this being said it was the turn of our dispatch team this week, they had the time consuming job of counting, bagging and labelling our clips. We have a few weeks from manufacture to bagging to allow our dispatch team to mentally prepare for this job (and to allow the clips to dry).
At TrapMan have a varied selection of wire mesh fastenings chosen by our manufacturing team who use these fastenings themself. We test them, manufacture them and hand them over to dispatch. Dispatch nominate one individual to count each bag and label them ready for dispatch. As you can imagine it is a long day for that individual but I am sure they are thrilled to be here.
